Texas Market Forecast

The Real Estate market is seasonable. opal are thinking about their Income Tax and "Spring Break" but are soon to be gearing up to relocate after school. Out "hot" season is about to begin. Time to start sharpening your ax. The Real Estate industry remains healthy in Texas, but ironically there's not enough inventory for the buyers whom are shopping. We should expect a steady stream of business throughout the remainder of the year. Happy Holidays!

Out of the 3,052 licensed home inspectors in Texas there are only 22 Lone Star ASHI inspectors. Being some of the best inspectors in the state, we know and help each other provide outstanding service to you.
